Pre and post-nuptial agreements

More and more people are considering entering into either a pre or post-nuptial agreement in order to protect assets in the event of a marriage breakdown. We provide advice as to the content and the drafting of the terms of such agreements. Frequently this involves working with teams of international lawyers on international cases. We also provide advice as to the enforceability of such agreements whether drafted in this jurisdiction or in a foreign jurisdiction.
