Dan undertakes work in all areas of private family law with an emphasis on matrimonial finance and disputes involving children. Dan has a particular interest in cases that include fraud and the forensic assessment of money trails involving hidden overseas assets. Dan is often instructed in cases involving complex finding of fact hearings in both Children Act and Family Law Act proceedings.

Dan has appeared in the High Court, unled, on multiple occasions including on appeal.

Dan frequently lectures on topics of interest in family law and specialises in seminars on police disclosure.

Before joining Chambers, Dan worked for the Ministry of Defence and as a police officer for the Metropolitan Police.
