Lucy specialises in all financial aspects of relationship breakdown including claims for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act. Lucy has appeared at all levels of court up to the Court of Appeal and she is often instructed against silks. Lucy takes a pragmatic, solution-focused approach at all times. She is a persistent and persuasive advocate in court and was credited in Chambers and Partners 2021 as “someone who gets the ear of the judge” and is “ready to fight for her clients.” Lucy is a qualified as a financial arbitrator and sits as a private FDR judge. Lucy was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
