Tara is instructed in complex and high-value financial cases, including matters involving business assets, inherited wealth, pensions, trusts, third-party interests, and nuptial agreements. She has a strong international practice, particularly in cases involving foreign assets and cross-jurisdictional issues, including those connected to the UAE. She also advises on and drafts nuptial agreements and acts in related variation, set-aside, freezing injunction, and enforcement applications.
Her broader practice includes TOLATA and cohabitation disputes, 1975 Act claims, contentious probate matters, will validity challenges, and estate administration issues. Tara also appears in the Court of Protection in property and affairs matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
