Professional Practice

As a financial remedy specialist of long standing, Peter combines an encyclopaedic knowledge of the law with a commercial approach to resolving disputes. As he says, “You have to put emotions to one side and solve your problems in a businesslike way. It’s one of the most important business decisions you will make in your life”.

Peter’s extramural interests include running two commercial companies and a small pension scheme. He both sits, and advocates, at arbitrations and pFDRs.

“Praised for the competency of his advice, his advocacy skills, and above all the charming way he deals with clients”— Chambers & Partners
