Domestic Violence

Domestic violence can be a feature in a wide variety of family cases. Our barristers are able to provide emergency advice and representation in order to seek injunctions under the Family Law Act 1996 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and also to advise about the impact of domestic violence issues in cases involving both children and finances.

We do not underestimate the impact of domestic violence on clients and aim to provide facilities where parties can feel safe and secure whilst taking advice about their case.
