LIDW 2025 seminar: The role of evaluation in dispute resolution

29 Bedford Row’s Nicholas Allen KC and Associate Member Andrew Day are speaking at an event on 5 June 2025 as part of London International Disputes Week (LIDW).

The Bar Council’s ADR Panel has brought together a panel, introduced by the Chair of the Bar of England and Wales Barbara Mills KC, and including authors of a recent Bar Council guide to conducting Neutral Evaluations.

It will focus on the evolving private neutral evaluation market in England and Wales. The panel will also consider the role of evaluation in mediation generally.
