Dispute Resolution

DR or Dispute Resolution (also known as Alternative or Non-Court Dispute Resolution) is an umbrella term used to describe a range of non-court based ways of resolving disagreements. Choosing one of these methods can often result in saving money, time and most importantly reducing the stress levels that can often be associated with a family law dispute.

We pride ourselves on being market leaders in this field. We were the first family set to train in collaborative law and we now have one of the strongest dispute resolution teams at the family bar, offering private FDRs, ENEs, mediation, collaborative law, and finance and children arbitration at both silk and junior levels.

As a result of our recent refurbishment we now offer 11 hearing/conference rooms all of which are equipped with the latest AV facilities. The largest of these rooms is set up as a courtroom for private judging/arbitrations.

We pride ourselves on our hospitality ensuring that professional and lay clients have everything that they need throughout the day.

Each DR method is explained in more detail by clicking on the link in the menu bar on the right. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact one of the clerks who can help with any enquiries.
