Recorder Appointment

On the 26th January 2022 it was announced that on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, that Lee Arnot was appointed a Recorder.

Lee has been assigned to sit in crime on the Northern Circuit.

He will also continue to sit as a Deputy District Judge, an appointment he took up in March 2019.  Lee sits in the CFC Financial Remedies Court and is also ticketed to hear private law children cases.
