James Cooper appointed as Deputy District Judge

Family barrister James Cooper has been appointed a Deputy District Judge by the Lady Chief Justice. He will be sitting on the South Eastern Circuit alongside his existing role in Chambers.

James practices across all areas of family law, with a particular focus on financial remedy proceedings. Before joining chambers, James gained valuable experience as a paralegal at Withers LLP, where he assisted on many high-value financial remedy cases.
