ACTAPS panel discussion - Hirachand v Hirachand

On Tuesday, 7 October at 17:30, Christopher Wagstaffe KC will join Constance McDonnell KC of Serle Court and Sophia Rogers of Radcliffe Chambers, Sir Nicholas Francis (former High Court Judge of the Family Division) and Master McQuail (Chancery Master) for a discussion of Hirachand, hosted by ACTAPS - The Association of Contentious Trusts & Probate Specialists.

This interactive panel discussion will focus on the future of funding, settlement options and the practical implications for practitioners in 1975 Act claims post-Hirachand v Hirachand. 

The audience will hear from the counsel team for the Respondent in the Supreme Court case and have the rare opportunity to gain insights from the Bench on these issues.
