Professional Practice

Anthony specialises in increasingly complex and high value matrimonial finance disputes and related claims including civil disputes between family members and financial claims brought on behalf of children. He has been involved in important, reported decisions involving lump sum orders and additional housing provision for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 following financial remedy proceedings. He also drafts and advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

    Anthony was educated at the Maidstone Grammar School before reading Law at King's College London. He was called to the Bar in July 2000. He is married with two children. He is an avid skier and when not working he is most often to be found in the French Alps.
