Professional Practice

Jacqueline has a wide range of expertise in both financial and children matters. In the private children law field, she is frequently instructed in protracted and complicated private law disputes over residence, contact and in applications for leave permanently to remove children from the jurisdiction, and she has considerable experience of cases of intractable and alienated parentage. In the public children law field, she regularly acts in proceedings involving serious non-accidental injury and death; sexual abuse; serious emotional harm and chronic neglect. She also advises and acts for clients in family finance and related enforcement proceedings.

  • Recommendations

Working with Jacqui is a delight. She is sensitive to the needs of the lay client and understanding of the needs of the children concerned, yet brings to the process an objective intelligence and knowledge of her subject that is superb. In court she is both fearless and persuasive to the great benefit of her clients and their children.
